The McAdoo Academy is not an open program. We have a limited number of players allowed per month to ensure a quality training environment. Once you secure your days, those days are removed from my inventory of open space. I cannot limit the number of players and also extend credits/make ups for missed classes. Please note there will be no make-ups or carry-over days to the following sessions for any reason except for classes we could not provide. You are paying for your sessions in advance, which secures your place for that month. There will be no credits given for missed sessions due to school, vacations, etc... This will be strictly adhered to, so please contact me with any questions before signing up for your session.

RAINOUTS

In the event of rain, we will attempt to hold a zoom class. If the Zoom class is not able to be done, we will schedule weekend make-up classes when possible. If neither of the options above are possible, credits will be given.

 

MAKE-UPS

There will be no makeup credits given for any reason. You are welcome to attend all weekend make-ups and zoom sessions when they are held. Please note there will be no make-ups or carry-over days to the following sessions for any reason except for classes we could not provide.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Please be aware that your registration is a financial commitment to our program. If you sign up for a session and need to change your registration, please do so 15 days before that session begins. Your enrollment will be assumed to continue forward to the next month unless changed 15 days before the next session or your registration reflects something different.
